  • Develop and execute global rewards strategies and programs that align with the company's business objectives and drive competitiveness in the market.
  • Lead the design and implementation of compensation programs, including base pay, variable pay, and equity-based compensation, to attract and retain top talent.
  • Partner with senior leadership and HR business partners to understand business needs and translate them into effective rewards programs.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis of compensation and benefits practices to ensure alignment with industry trends and best practices.
  • Oversee the management of global benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other employee perks, to enhance the employee value proposition.
  • Provide strategic guidance on executive compensation, including annual incentive plans, long-term incentive plans, and equity compensation for senior leaders.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead a high-performing global team of rewards professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCP, CBP) preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in rewards management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role at the executive level within a global MNC.
  • Deep expertise in designing and implementing global rewards programs that drive business results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic insights to senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams in a global matrix organization.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the competitive landscape to drive business success through effective rewards programs.
