- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and technical requests.
- Conduct site visits to assess equipment performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products, applications, and industry standards.
- Provide technical training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of our products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams to execute projects, including product installations, trials, and performance evaluations.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful implementation.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Diagnose technical issues and develop effective solutions to resolve them.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Work closely with R&D and technical support teams to address complex problems and optimize product performance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service activities, and project outcomes.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and case studies for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer insights and market feedback
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role, preferably in the water treatment sector.
- Strong knowledge of water treatment processes, chemical applications, and equipment troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and technical software applications.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites (50%)

Salary
MYR4,000 - MYR5,000 per month (MYR48,000 - MYR60,000 per year) (MYR)
