  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and technical requests.
  • Conduct site visits to assess equipment performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products, applications, and industry standards.
  • Provide technical training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of our products.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to execute projects, including product installations, trials, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful implementation.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Diagnose technical issues and develop effective solutions to resolve them.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Work closely with R&D and technical support teams to address complex problems and optimize product performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service activities, and project outcomes.
  • Prepare technical reports, presentations, and case studies for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer insights and market feedback
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role, preferably in the water treatment sector.
  • Strong knowledge of water treatment processes, chemical applications, and equipment troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and technical software applications.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites (50%)
