Syarikat yg gagal membayar tuntutan yg telah diarahkan oleh pejabat buruh
Tahun lepas sy dan isteri telah mefail satu tuntutan syarikat keselamatan (security)kerana memberhentikan kami tanpa sebab.dlm proses di makhamah buruh keputusan berpihak kepada kami.dan syarikat tersebut diarahkan membayar tuntutan kepada kami atas arahan oleh pejabat buruh.sehingga kini tiada pembayaran dibuat.hampir 1tahun setengah.dan pejabat buruh mengarahkan sy membuat dakwaan dimakhmah seksen.jadi sy perlukan peguam anda utk menyaman syarikat tersebut.
