Very poor service!!! They cheat customer...promise down to earth but not delivered..suck peoples money only..dont ever go to this studio.. u will regret..go for a better place..

I never have such a bad experience until I met Grace Knot Photography Studio.
First, they didn't explain their package correctly and clearly before we placed the deposit.
Second, when we were there, they started to twist and turn what they have explained previously and said things like "Of course you can, just that you have to pay extra RM*** for each person".
Third, they charged you ridiculously for those add-on and softcopy. For things which can be accomplished as simple as Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V and they are charging you RIDICULOUSLY and I'm emphasizing the word -- RIDICULOUS!
