Had 3 bad experiences at your new branch in Citta Mall, Ara Damansara over the past few months. Being a regular customer of Macdonald, this outlet is really a let down. Hot Milo purchased was totally watery; more water than Milo powder. We were given another cup upon complaining but no apologies at all. This happened some months ago.
Experience No 2
Take-away 2 fish fillet burgers last month (2nd June). The fillet was not thoroughly cooked, a bit black in color and already giving out a foul smell. Had to drive all the way back for a change. Was advised that it was beyond their control as the fillet are shipped from USA. However, told the Manager that it was due to poor food handling. Was given 2 new fish fillet burgers as replacement subsequently. Upon obtaining his name, he then apologised and gave 2 burger vouchers.

Today June 30, just bought a pack of french fries. The fries are extremely oily, not as crispy as it should. Different from the norm.
