Huawei FreeBuds 4 review | ANC earbuds have been improved

The Huawei FreeBuds are wireless earphones that have some pretty cool features. First off, they're comfortable because of their super lightweight and ergonomic design. They also give you a great sound experience with 24 bit/96kHz Hi-Res Audio and perfect Hi-Res audio in all your music files. The battery is good for up to 4 hours of talk time and five hours of playback time when listening to music, which is better than most other headphones on the market. Plus, it only takes 30 minutes to charge! Amazingly fast charging speed if you ask me! You can even use them as a hands-free headset for your smartphone.

They also have what they call "4 O" sound effects with four kinds of sounds:

1) Deep lows to give you the bass experience.

2) Enhanced vocals so that every word is crystal clear.

3) Crystal highs for piercing treble.

4) Balanced mids so that another one drowns out no instrument! Very cool stuff.

You can get your FreeBuds in either black or blue through Huawei's official store on their website or various other retailers' websites. They are super affordable at only $80/£50, which is a great deal considering they do so many things and last so long, thanks to their battery life! Plus, they look good too! I would recommend them if you're looking for a headphone that's affordable and has a lot of good features to it.

Huawei's new FreeBuds 4 wireless earphones are an excellent pair of headphones for those looking to go wireless. They offer supreme battery life, unparalleled comfort and a fair price.

If you're looking for new wireless earbuds, look no further than the Huawei FreeBuds 4. These affordable headphones provide great sound, amazing battery life and some breakthrough features - all in a slick package that can match up with most high-end headphones on the market today!

Pros:

  • Great low-end reproduction
  • Very comfortable for extended periods
  • Fantastic battery life

Performance in Audio

The FreeBuds 4 can handle the most popular genres and a basic combination of frequencies. There's a stronger emphasis on the mids and vocals, which sound crisper, and there's more clarity in the instrumental harmonics. Lower-end frequencies and bass are still present, but they are less dominant and struggle to get you into the rhythm of a song. The Huawei AI Life app allows you to raise the bass or treble; however, it overpowers other frequencies, although this improves the music slightly.

When playing The Weeknd's Staryboy, the FreeBuds 4 performed an excellent job of delivering that powerful throbbing bassline while maintaining voice clarity. More sophisticated mixes, such as Kings of Leon's Revelry, become muddy, and delicate symphonic compositions don't hit as strongly as they might.

Because the earbuds do not form a seal around the ear, the FreeBuds 4 will only provide modest noise suppression. It's useful for folks who want to keep an eye on their surroundings, but it's not ideal for immersing oneself in a song, film, or podcast.

Life of the Battery

The FreeBuds 4 last around 3.5 to 4 hours on a single charge, and you can obtain another 22 hours by putting them back in their case a few times. This isn't groundbreaking since comparably priced wireless buds last about 6-7 hours. When you enable ANC, the stamina of FreeBuds is limited to 2 - 2.5 hours. Given that the ANC isn't apparent, we recommend leaving it off.

To obtain the greatest experience, we listened to the Freebuds 4 largely at maximum volume. This gave us around 3 hours of battery life before we had to put them back in the charging case, where the buds took about an hour to charge. It's sufficient to make a few fast calls or listen to a quick playlist and podcasts, but if you want to settle down for a long listening session, you'll be disappointed. That’s all for today!
