In 1981 the founder, the late Datuk Ibrahim Abdullah started the company by importing used cars from Japan. It was indeed a humble beginning as Datuk had to use every resources to make sure the company stay afloat.
Falida Motor strive and managed to expand the business from “the land below the wind” to peninsular Malaysia in 2008. The company expanded the wings to Kuala Lumpur, Kuantan and Damansara.
• In 2010-2018 Falida Motor was given the opportunity to represent BMW Group in Sabah.
• The company started to embark on the journey in the Premium Market Segment. We were the sole distributor for BMW, MINI, Motorrad and Rolls Royce for the state of Sabah.
• Under FM Autohaus the subsidiary of Falida Motor the company managed to turn around the BMW brand and started to soar
• BMW FM Autohaus has managed to gain recognition as one of the most aspiring company in BMW Fraternity while having the first BMW showroom that host 4 Prestigious Brand under one roof.
• BMW FM Autohaus has also won the “World Best After Sales Award for Motorrad” in 2015 International Dealer Convention in Lisbon, Portugal.
