Prior setting up the company, the founder already has vast experince in selling and marketing MLM software. During my 20 years in providing MLM software, very often received many calls from peoples interested to set up a Network Marketing or MLM company. Unfortunately, many of them are still not very clear what

they must understand or prepare. Therefore would like to share some information based on personal experiences.

1. Demographic audience - Identifying and Understanding Your Target Audience. No matter what business you are in, you must know your customer's segment

2. You need MLM license to operate MLM business in Malaysia. Except you do want to apply for license.

3. How you plan to promote your business in addition to promoting MLM. Because there are already many MLM companies in the market

4. How to start looking for the first member? Is it working with party already organized MLM team or how? And if yes, who and what are their background? Because every difference MLM team have different thinking or culture that may not fit into your business objective.

5. What products your company is selling. And this is related to question 1

6. Are the products you sell suitable for MLM method? Because MLM need to pay bonus and not every product is suitable for MLM business.

7. Try to understand some basic info of what type of Bonus Scheme/Marketing Plan available because every bonus scheme is unique and served different purposes.
