To generate recommendable presentation of the event layout, event flow, visitor/audience accessibility, A&P and PR positioning and planning, security, insurance etc. 
To man-manage the program; including managing the creative work on the program contents 
To create, study and construct the infrastructure requirement of the event as well as to monitor the services rendered by stand contractors and other event service providers. 
To manage the day to day operation of the event  (before, during and after the event)
