I received a phone call from a Zest officer to recruit me back into Zest (I am an ex-Zest cardholder). She was quite rude and questioned why I had to discuss with my spouse, when it's my money I'm spending. Well, I don't know how her relationship is with her husband. But as for me, I think it's better when my spouse and I communicate, eventhough it's my money, and vice versa.

I will not go back to Zest as your officer was so rude, literally forcing me to accept the membership. And why she was so defensive about the company when I did not even comment on the rates in the first place, was quite ironic. She asked my reason for not wanting to join, I just said that it's okay coz I use Agoda and Groupon plus my hubby's a gov servant, so there's not much point really. As soon as she heard about Agoda, she immediately flipped.

Geez, what's wrong with you guys - just accept rejection with grace.
