Reviews of Pressto Malaysia - Quality Express Dry Cleaning - Kuala Lumpur

I took a pair of very expensive slacks (RM850) for dry cleaning at Pressto last month, (The Empire location). I have used them many times for normal laundry and pressing of shirts and for the most part they have been fine. This time however my pants came back severely shrunken, faded, shiny, and,"Hard" to the touch. I returned them to Pressto, and after two weeks of waiting I was told by their customer service rep. that none of the damage was caused by Pressto. I have many custom made clothes, all by the same tailor, and have never had a single problem until I had these pants, "Dry Cleaned" by Pressto. They basically told me that it was my problem, and they do not make mistakes. Obviously I will never use this company again. Maybe you will have no problems. Feeling Lucky?
