Dzulkifli is an experienced Quality Consultant with more than 22 years of involvement in Quality Control, Quality Management System and Human Potential Development.. He holds a Bachelor of Science [Hons] in Mathematic majoring in Operations Management and Management from Universiti Sains Malaysia and is also a Certified Quality Lead Assessor, [IRCA, UK].

Dzukifli started his career in 1988 in the Computers and Electronics manufacturing industry as a Production Executives. During his 8 years of service with the company, he had improved the process inspection technique, housekeeping, 5S, MRP, Production Layout and Process Efficiency. He was also the Chairman for the company’s ISO 9002 certification project and had successfully formed the company’s first QCC group, which won the gold award in the NPC Convention, 1991.

He then joined the heavy machinery and automotive industry where he was responsible on the company’s Quality and Production / Material Planning and Control. He was the key member of the company’s Cost Control and Efficiency Task Force and was actively involved in the company’s ISO 9002 project.

During his tenure with Quality Management Consulting firm he had gathered vast experience in training, consultancy and audit in the areas of process improvement and ISO 9001, ISO 14000, ISO 18000, TS 16949 and ISO 17025 certifications.
Throughout his involvement in this area, he had successfully helped many companies and organization achieve their certifications.

Currently, Dzulkifli is an associate Consultant to Universiti Tenaga Nasional [UNITEN] specializing in the areas of Quality and Quality Management System. He is also a Registered Auditor with SIRIM QAS International Sdn Berhad.
