Free Heart screening
Modus operandi of a scammer. Offers free heart scanning but ulterior motive is to get you to sign up for an eecp therapy. During screening, the person doing it will cuff your arm so tightly until your heart rate would increase significantly. After that will scare you wirh the high readings.
