Many time call... but no answer.. waiting for almost 20 minutes.... very poor customer service... better close the branch.... no star for public bank taman maluri... very poor....

Calling for hundred of time but not pick up, are they deaf? Sent them email for almost 1 months but no reply. Can Public Bank managment look this seriously.

I Wana trying to call the hire purchase dept for past few days but just can't reach.. I called the gen line they refuse to arrange call back or transfer call.. the number given to call branch also incorrect.. how d hell I even reach u guys?

With all the complain they still not answering their phone. Called them hundred times for few days but nobody answering the phone. the phone is ringging but somehow all of their emoloyee seems to be deaf or dead. poor customer service. one star rating ia not enough!

What the hell is going on at Hire Purchase Dept... Calling monkey is better than calling this Dept. The manager for these Dept. Better resign... Your team is useless... No one pick up the phone call!!!

HP Department, no body pick up phone, calling continuously more than 1/2 hours, terrible bank, should be negative star rating.

Have been trying to call this public bank maluri branch for the past one hour continuously and nobody pick up the calls. I have settle my HP in cash and according to them settlement letter will be ready within 3 days. Now more than a week and no news!!

Called for two days nobody pick up phone, such a bad service ever especially hire purchase dep.

So useless service team for hire purchase department at Maluri Branch. There is no any news at all after i sign the hire purchase agreement at their branch. 2 months yet i still haven't receive any black and white from them. Rubbish branch, i would like to change to other bank rather this Public Bank.
