We moved our home furnitures recently in the month of March from Kuala Lumpur to Mumbai. It was an amazing experience handing over our cargo to Florette worldwide. Have to mention the team is very professional and minute things were handled with care. The fragile items like glass cabinets, frames were packed so well that it reached with out damages. I need to send a large medical equipment for from Malaysia to India and I have been following up Florette for months but they kept procrastinating and ignoring, despite several follow ups from my end. They finally asked for all details and when I sent the details, they went silent again. After repeated follow ups they curtly told me that there is no shipment that they can arrange for me, without so much as an apology for keeping me anxious and waiting. Horrible service and not trustworthy, I do not recommend.
