Reviews of Eco Ptc Travel & Tour Sdn Bhd - Penang

Thanks god for me meet this company having my beautiful holiday. They are young and friendly driver with patient attitude. I'm have taking many tour company for my holiday, company's trip but this time I was deeply impressed to the ECOPTC travel & tour sdn bhd. This company at first make me confused because when me search on Google it's come out few link, but take a look I’m decide to contact them with the link I’m search. I'm contact them thru email and WhatsApp but I’m get a reply with two different person but it's still same I’m go thru with my Q&A with them via mail & WhatsApp. I'm found that reply via WhatsApp’s more professional and more nicely so that I’m ask for the email person but I’m get a reply said that they systems didn’t pop-up any my mail inquiry. I’m shocked and quickly screenshot the conversations to the person in charge. In same time I’m also follow back to the mail person and same screenshot the WhatsApp conversation and mail it. After I’m get a reply from both said that sorry that is not us company, this kind of reply makes me feel that I am being cheated. The WhatsApp’s still nicely reply me said that if me want order with other side also no problem but I’m felling confused why that the link appear when I’m search for the company. I’m research again in website I’m found a different between this two company is the name.

I’m re-contact again to both of them via mail and WhatsApp and finally I’m only get a reply from WhatsApp side and the mail side directly no-reply me at all. Sorry for that if my reviews have harm to other side but from sincerely we are consumer we have right to choose a safe and licensed agency. Finally, I am still grateful to me for finding the right travel agency and last hope that my reviews can get help for other consumer to choose a right company.

It's great and wonderful travel agent.Start from order the staff who's entertain my trip until arrangement whole trip it's super experience and give us unexpected idea. Big thumb and clap for provide us beautiful company's trip.
