Pls beware of this scammer company. Don't trust their low price list. They will tell you a sequence of parts need to be replace and charge you few hundred even the part is not faulty. They will remove your good part and replace by faulty part and then show you it is faulty. I Get this contact 016-******** from mudah.my.

new aircond install, aircond piping not in proper make the aircond freeze with ice!!! Damn idiot contractor!! call them to fix it back make a lot excuses!!! This aircond service providers fake, pls take care. Just a scammer to charge you for price of aircond service without properly service it. I have the same problem where this company service my aircond on the 1st day then the next day the aircond is not function already. They just to create problem to make money, to be watch-up to this company. I will make a police report to them.

Received quotation for service aircond for only RM65.after service, parts need to change. Charge another RM135.

Paid them RM200. Next day, aircond not functioning properly. Called them back said another problem and need to change parts.
Quote RM199 for parts and gas RM100!

From RM65 to RM499!! Not recommended at all. Should refund back my money or resolve the issue without any extra charge due to your staff faulty.

I asked for a detailed price quote for relocating the aircond. Ms. Wong, the 'boss', gave me the price which was slightly too good to be true.

And true enough, when they came here, they ridiculously charge me for everything. The previous house from where we relocate the aircond had the aircond bracket, switch and wires. However they didnt take it down with the excuse that is difficult to take down. The labour work was given and yet they dont know how to take it down. They insisted we use a new one. Of course we were charged for that.
From the original price of the quotation was only RM400 for everything. The total price paid was RM645.

We wanted to ask them to check on the fan also but they wanted to charge us for it. We didnt even asked for repair.

An advise for all of you, dont ever fall for their extremely low price quotation. And most importantly, dont go for them to do the servicing. They are a bunch of scammers!
