J&T Tawau bahagian penghantaran teruk sangat, teramat kecewa dengan perkhidmatannya, Barang saya di return semula tanpa call atau sms dahulu. punya lama saya tunggu barang saya sampai, last-last J&T buat tahi pulakk. saya mahu tuntut rugi!!

AVOID this Company even if you have to drive yourself to send. My parcel sent from Penang to Taiping is stuck somewhere along the route ( their route) and no avenues for enquiry is given. Online tracking is also suspended at a point. Call the offices but no branches respond. Call their toll free line (1 300 80 9000 ), even that came with this reply, " Nombor Yang Anda Dial, Tidak Dapat Di hubungi ".Complain through Singapore office, they replied almost immediately but can't help. Most doors to their collection and distribution points are closed, working only in the rear to avoid clients. BUT THEIR OUTLET ARE OPEN TO RECEIVE PAYMENTS!

Im vry disappointed with how the delivery is done. My delivery things were left at my doorstep at my apartment in ipoh, no calls to inform they were coming over and did not inform that my things are left like that. not the first time like this but twice

My order through Shopee shipper send and pick up by J and T express on 16th May. Have been sitting in their warehouse. Latest tracking parcel reached Puchong depot on 28 th May after 12 days. Up to this writing still no news when they are going to deliver. Call Puchong depot no one answer. I order something from another platform within 3 days of ordering I already received the item.contacted shipper he too faced the same problem nobody answer the call
