 This scheme is not for investors who want to invest in Australian property on a long term basis or for personal occupation.
 You as the investor, will in return for a short term, interest only loan, expect to receive a very attractive profit at the completion of two years, from the date of occupation of the house by your Occupier/Buyer.,
 You are fully secured, as you get title, to both the house and land. In your name, from selection of the land thru, completion of the house, until ownership has transferred from you to the Occupier/Buyer after payment of the Fixed, Agreed Sale Price.
To assist you, the investor, with documentation, procedures and explain all paperwork, an Australian registered mortgage broker is working with us at our Kuala Lumpur, Mont' Kiara office.   This is to comply with Australian Law
