  • Engage in initiatives for business process improvement and the advancement of procurement technology.
  • Develop strategic and actionable plans to guide clients through the project lifecycle: discovery, design, build, testing, and deployment.
  • Analyze client needs and offer technical guidance on Coupa Integration Development and Implementation best practices.
  • Perform analysis on current ("As-Is") business processes and needs, identifying procurement challenges and opportunities for improvement.
  • Craft visions for the future ("To-Be") state of procurement processes, including procedures, organizational structures, capabilities, solution requirements, and performance metrics.
  • Execute system implementation tasks specific to the procurement domain, such as creating design documents, configuring the Coupa system, developing test scenarios and scripts, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), and conducting user training.
  • Serve as the key point of contact between clients and the technical team, facilitating workshops, testing sessions, training, and resolution of issues.
  • Carry out additional duties as instructed by Management or as dictated by project requirements.
The Successful Applicant
  • Holds a recognized degree.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience for the Assistant Manager position.
  • At least one complete cycle of Coupa implementation experience from design to deployment.
  • Possession of Coupa certifications.
  • Deep knowledge of procurement processes, including sourcing, contracting, requisitioning, purchasing, and invoicing.
  • Capable of leading procurement process re-engineering and organizational change.
  • Experience with other procurement technologies is a plus.
  • Skilled in analyzing business and functional requirements and developing strategies for procurement transformation and technology adoption.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Committed to providing outstanding client service, complemented by proficient project management skills.
