Executive search firm, Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of one of the leading multinational transportation, logistics, supply chain and storage company that is based from the UK. They're in search of dynamic leaders to join their force as a Learning and Development Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an annual learning, development, and quality assurance strategy that aligns with regional business goals and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams (managers and supervisors) to ensure training and quality initiatives meet evolving business needs, including language and service requirements.
- Identify and assess learning needs using data analysis, incorporating individual development plans into the overall strategy.
- Design and implement action plans to meet business requirements while staying within available resources and ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
- Lead the Training & Quality team , inspiring staff to deliver high-quality, flexible, and engaging training and development programs.
- Continuously monitor and enhance training programs to ensure they meet the Business Centre's performance indicators and adapt as needed.
- Manage and track quality assurance metrics , ensuring regular performance checks, particularly in relation to contact center scorecards and customer satisfaction.
- Provide coaching and feedback to Training & Quality staff, ensuring their skills are aligned with delivering constructive feedback to individual team members.
- Oversee quality standards and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, quickly addressing any issues that arise in quality assurance.
- Measure and report the effectiveness of both learning and development programs and quality assurance efforts through key performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in any related field
- 5 years' experience in a similar role or more
- Management and leadership experience is needed
