Job Responsibilities: -
- Plan, identify and manage the product line up (SKUS) offering to market by sales channel.
- Work with sales team on the execution of the product line up plan.
- Managing and monitoring inventory at the optimum level as per the company objective.
- Plan and execute strategies (clearance promotion, mark down, price changes and etc.) that relate to the successful managing and monitoring inventory at the optimum level.
- Perform stock order planning and forecast to principal.
- Perform analysis on sales performance and inventory to provide in depth understanding on key areas of business to related parties and management.
- Perform pricing on products to meet the company objectives in profitability and be competitive in market.
- Perform market research to update on competitors brand positioning and marketing activities.
- Lead Visual Merchandiser to execute visual merchandising planning and updates for the retail.
- Work closely with marketing team and sales team to plan and execute visual merchandising to meet the marketing and sales objective.
- Work closely with brand principal in planning and execute the visual merchandising plan in line with brand's policy.
Requirements: -
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in merchandising and visual merchandising.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Analytical, detail minded and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of market trends and customer behavior
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong leadership and team management skills
