Job offer: AM / M / Lead - Corporate Finance & Investment

Skills and expertise in demand (Across all levels and industries) include but not limited to:-

• Financial Modelling
• Corporate Finance
• Investor Relations
• Evaluating, structuring, executing and managing investments
• Value Creation
• Financial Due Diligence and/or Commercial Due Diligence
• Market research, business case analysis, financial analysis, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessment
• Monitoring of investment performance and / or portfolio management
• Preparation and presentation of investment paper and business cases for stakeholders / investors

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in a relevant discipline from a reputable and accredited university
• Professional qualifications will be an added advantage but not compulsory
• Minimum 3 years of solid and progressive experience in any of the areas listed above - Banding and remuneration package negotiable depending on overall level of experience and expertise in the key skills / competencies
• Strong stakeholder management skills and versatile communication skills
• Progressive mindset with balance of both quantitative and qualitative background
