Job offer: Accounts Payable Specialist

• Actively engage in various projects (internal and external audits, year-end activities, SOX compliance) by analyzing data, participating in testing, and offering recommendations that align with departmental and company-wide strategic goals.
• Resolve complex issues related to invoices or supplier setup by collaborating effectively with other departments and suppliers to reach resolution.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Identify, assess, and validate the accuracy and completeness of accounts payable accruals and other reporting tasks to support departmental objectives.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of accounts payable processes to verify the accuracy of supplier information, including financial data and tax status, as well as ensuring timely and precise invoice processing.
• Create and update process flows, policies, procedures, and training materials for designated areas.
• Perform other related duties as needed.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 3 years of accounts payable experience required; medical device or manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency in JDE Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of accounts payable systems (Coupa preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English and local language, with effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
