Job offer: Senior Project Manager

• Project Leadership: Lead large-scale, complex projects end-to-end, maintain project roadmaps, manage budgets, and conduct risk assessments while aligning with organizational goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Build strong stakeholder relationships, communicate project progress, and implement change management strategies for successful process adoption.
• Continuous Improvement & Resource Management: Identify and drive process improvements, lead project closure activities, mentor project managers, and oversee resource allocation and user acceptance testing.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 7-10 years in project management, preferably within Shared Services (SSC) or Global Business Services (GBS) especially for Finance scope.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field; PMP or relevant certification preferred.
• Proven expertise in leading cross-functional projects and managing complex project portfolios.
• Strong financial and strategic planning skills with experience managing large budgets.
• Excellent communication and change management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Familiarity with project management systems
