Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Develop and manage the organization's financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Reporting:

• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Cash Flow Management:

• Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure sufficient funds for operations and investments.
• Develop strategies for optimizing working capital.

Cost Control:

• Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
• Implement financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.

Team Leadership:

• Supervise and mentor finance staff, promoting professional development and teamwork.
• Coordinate with other departments to enhance financial understanding and collaboration.

Strategic Input:

• Collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives, providing financial insights and risk assessments.
• Assist in mergers, acquisitions, and investment analysis.

The Successful Applicant

You will be suitaible for the role, if you have the following

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• Proven experience as a finance manager or similar role, typically 5-8+ years.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
