The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification is preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of HR experience, with a proven track record in regional HR management, ideally in industrial sectors.
• Deep understanding of Southeast Asia labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a strategic mindset and adaptability for a dynamic work environment.
• Experience in talent management, change management, and performance management within a multi-country, culturally diverse setting.
