As Head of Business Development and Partnership, you will be an individual contributor to start with, mainly focus on:
1) Business Development with Enterprise corporate clients, especially across Manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, hotels and retail sectors;
2) End to end business activities, from bringing in own corporate leads, generating leads, to speaking and engaging with C-suites and solution selling to closing sales;
3) Look at potentially engaging with companies' partners for different sectors, including HRMS, financial industries etc.
You will need to have experiences in:
1) Strong business development experiences with corporate clients, preferably across sectors in Manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, hotels and retail sectors;
2) Experienced in selling solutions, specifically HRMS, employee wellness, financial technologies, e-commerce, financial SaaS background would be a great advantage;
3) If you have experience and network across both Central and Northern Malaysia would be an added advantage.
You will be looking at a basic salary of MYR 18K - 25K with attractive commission structure, long term career growth and a great company to work with.
