  • Working closely with internal teams to understand business needs and specifications.
  • Engaging with suppliers to align with product and service requirements.

  Strategic Procurement Projects:
  • Leading initiatives to enhance cost savings, efficiency, and compliance in sourcing practices.
  • Applying procurement best practices to drive value.

  Negotiating Complex Deals:
  • Leading negotiations for high-value contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• 
  
  Support SEA Procurement Activities:
  • Providing expertise and operational support for Southeast Asia procurement operations.
  • A strong understanding of Singapore procurement regulations or context is advantageous.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or CPM are an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Prior exposure to e-procurement platforms like Ariba, Radix, BuyNow, or e-Catalogue.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including RFX (RFI, RFP, RFQ).
• Expertise in contract management with an understanding of local commercial laws.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to secure optimal terms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and collaborate effectively.
• Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
