Job offer: Assistant Store Manager (Luxury Retail)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in achieving sales targets and KPIs by driving team performance and delivering excellent customer service.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of the store team to ensure high performance.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
• Build and nurture relationships with VIP clients to enhance loyalty and drive repeat business.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure prompt resolution of any issues.
• Analyze sales reports and contribute insights for improving store performance.
• Ensure compliance with all operational policies, procedures, and loss prevention protocols.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in the luxury fashion industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred to effectively engage with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Knowledge of luxury retail standards, visual merchandising, and sales strategies.
• Proficient in retail management systems and sales data analysis.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
