Job offer: Senior Retail Associate (Luxury)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every client interaction reflects the brand’s luxury standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including VIP customers, to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Drive sales to achieve individual and store KPIs, using product knowledge to make tailored recommendations.
• Assist in maintaining the store’s visual merchandising standards, ensuring the presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
• Support store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Mentor and guide junior staff members to develop their skills and uphold service excellence.
• Handle escalated customer queries and ensure effective problem resolution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity to enhance client interactions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in luxury retail, preferably in a Senior Sales Associate or similar role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred to engage effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Strong understanding of luxury fashion, market trends, and clientele techniques.
• Team-oriented with the ability to mentor and support junior staff members.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high visual and operational standards.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
