Job offer: Head Enterprise Technology Architect

• Lead the technology architecture team, setting the strategic vision for how architecture can support the organizations overall business goals.
• Oversee the development and integration of specialized architectural domains to ensure they collectively meet business, operational, and technological objectives.
• Establish and maintain a governance framework that ensures architectural projects and initiatives are implemented within agreed standards and principles.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and security standards across all architectural domains.
• Serve as the primary technology architecture liaison to business units, IT management, and external partners. -
• Facilitate collaboration across architecture teams and stakeholders to ensure that IT solutions are effectively integrated and delivered.
• Champion the exploration and adoption of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies that drive innovation and competitive advantage. Evaluate and implement emerging technologies that can enhance operational efficiency and customer service.

The Successful Applicant

• Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Over 15 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing technology architecture strategies
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing IT strategies in alignment with complex business needs.
• Required: TOGAF, Certified Enterprise Architect
• Desirable: PMP, Certified ScrumMaster, relevant technology certifications (e.g., AWS, Microsoft), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), AWS Certified Solutions Architect, DAMA
• Exceptional leadership and organizational abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of architectural principles and practices across various IT disciplines.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to plan at both strategic and operational levels.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively engaging and influencing senior management and stakeholders
