POSITION : Sales Executive ( Parts and Service) -Heavy Machineries /Equipment
- Principal point of contact between business and customers.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
- Understands the Parts and Services offered by company
- Develop customers by maintaining rapport with existing customers, meeting prospects at community activities, conduct cold and customer visits
- Responding to inquiries, recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
- Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating price, completing Service contracts
- Explaining and offering warranties, services, and collects payment, deliver Parts when necessary.
- Provides sales management information by completing reports in company systems.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
- Protect company’s interest by ensuring all customers’ credit limit are not exceeded.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in any field.
- SPM /STPM holders with 2 years of solid working experience in sales from relevant industries are encourage to apply.
- Must have 2 years of working experience in sales of heavy machineries/equipment
- Good communications skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia ( spoken & written)
- Knowledge in Mandarin/other foreign languages would be an added advantage
- Good negotiation skills and sales driven
- Must possesses own transport and valid driving license
