Your new company
You will be working with a reputable manufacturing company within the food industry who has recently established their new manufacturing facility in Malaysia. With their growing expansion plans, they are looking for an experienced R&D manager to lead the R&D department within this region.

Your new role
As the Head of Department, you will be leading new product development projects into commercialisation for the business in this region, covering more than one country's portfolio. You will be accountable for driving NPD through the team to achieve overall business strategy, manage internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Baking Science, Food Science or related discipline
• MUST HAVE practical product development experience, particularly in commercial bakery production mass volume of bread, bun or similar products
• Minimum 4 years' managerial experience, able to work independently in the test kitchen
