Your new company
A large financial institution is looking to expand one of the HR pillars and inject 'thinkers' within the department. It is a business that has been undergoing transformation in many aspects and would need fresh ideas to help look at overall HR strategies to support the business change.
Your new role
You will be working with a team of in-house HR consultants to work towards the overall HR transformation journey. You will be a strategic advisor on new practices of HR, ways of working and global trends. You will need to assess the current state and look at building future looking people management practices to eventually build better employee engagement. You will work together with the team as well as various HR functional leaders in driving company-wide strategic projects and deep dive into current business strategies to ensure that the plans are well executed.
What you'll need to succeed
You would need to have at least 3-5 years of HR consulting, HR project management experience. Candidates who comes from consulting background would be highly preferred.
