Executive Recruitment Company Monroe Consulting Group’s Health Division is recruiting on behalf of a world’s largest manufacturer of aesthetic and beauty equipment in Malaysia. Our client is a manufacturing company that brings high quality beauty products to Southeast Asia.

As business growth and expansion continues, our respected client is seeking a sales professional with minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales and delivery of high-quality services, for Beauty products for the position as Senior Sales Executive. The opportunity is based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for cultivating and developing new lead generation under Aesthetic Country Manager
• Majority of field time will be allocated to calling on new customers and maintain relationship with existing customers
• Identifying prospects, generate leads and promote company products to beauty professionals and industry
• To achieve the sales target set by the company management in assigned market segment
• Provide feedback and collect field intelligence that could lead to a competitive advantage
• Support marketing activities such as trade show, product demo and sales presentation

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in science related field
• Minimum of 4 years of proven sales track record with preference given to experience in dermatological and beauty product
• A strong team player
• Possess perseverance and pleasant personality
• Must be willing to travel
