Client Background: A Total Logistics Provider, provide a comprehensive package from light to heavyweight, loose to bulk, and household to project handling cargoes (for both sea & air) to meet local, global & regional requirements.

Remuneration: Basic salary


  • Report directly to Customer Service Manager/HOD and assist daily operation required.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high quality services to customers through taking of booking and handling call from customers or through email.
  • Need to resolve the issues on problems or complaints from customers relating to range of services as quickly as possible in a professional and prompt manner.
  • Attend the customer/agent’s inquiries, checking the costs, quote to customers, import & export handling from booking, preparing BL/DO, custom clearance & trucking until cargo delivering to the customers.
  • Prepare, coordinate and issuance of billing to the customers.


  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/Certificate/Diploma/Degree in any field
  • Proficiency in English both communication and written
  • Must have at least 1 year of working experiences in Freight Forwarders

Sub Specialization : Services;Customer Services Type of Employment : Permanent Minimum Experience : 1 Year Work Location : Selangor Salary Range : RM 2,500 - RM 5,000 (depends on skill sets & working experience)
