Job vacancy Production Planner (Refinery Mfg/Pasir Gudang)

Our client is a well-established MNC Manufacturer based in Pasir Gudang, Johor.

Industry: Manufacturing/Production (Food Ingredients)

Working Hour: Monday to Friday

Summary of the role:

• As a production scheduler, develop and execute refinery schedule, sub-schedule and logistics schedule.
• Monitor quality requirement in order to minimize quality giveaway, stock out and demurrage cost.
• Closely communicate with internal dept to ensure meeting dateline, and make necessary adjustment in production schedule if any changes.
• Perform analysis on discrepancies between planned schedules vs actual performance.
• Provide feedback on raw material supply, BOM accuracy and packaging material change and support in NPI when required.
• Monitor inventory level for WIP and FG.

Requirements:

• Min. 5 years of relevant working experience in production planning/supply planning function, refinery/food manufacturing industry or relevant is preferred.
• Min. Diploma education level in any discipline or above.
• Knowledge in SAP software is a plus.
• Knowledge in food safety standard is a plus.
