Job vacancy QAQC Manager (Food Mfg/Pasir Gudang)

Our client is a M'sia public listed company, Food Packing Manufacturer based in Pasir Gudang, Johor.

Industry: Manufacturing/Production (Food Packing Production)

Working Hour: Monday to Friday

Job Descriptions:

• As a dept head, to lead the QA/QC Team on daily operation and ensure product quality is meeting client requirement.
• Monitor QA activity, which including RM and Packaging materials testing, incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection.
• Conduct analysis and identify root cause of rejections, work with client for improvement feedback and executive improvement plan with Production dept.
• Maintain and ensure compliance of Quality and Food Safety Standard - HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP and HALAL/Kosher.
• Lead internal and external audits.
• Implement continuous improvement of product quality.
• Perform supplier quality audits.
• Conduct internal training for new joiners on food safety standard.

Requirements:

• Min. 7 years of relevant working experience in quality mgmt function, in FMCG/food manufacturing industry preferred or relevant.
• Min. Diploma education level in Food Tech/Food Science or relevant.
• Required food safety knowledge - HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, HALAL/Kosher.
