Our client is a well-established SG based Manufacturer based in Tampoi, Johor.
Working Hours: 5 days
- Responsible for sales support activities, which include attend to existing/prospect clients, quotation, order fulfillment, delivery status monitoring till after sales support.
- Act as a contact window between internal department and customers for enquiries related to orders, deliveries and shipment.
- Work closely with Sales/BD department for matters related to customer order, deliveries and shipment arrangement.
- Work closely with logistics on deliveries and shipment arrangement.
- Liaise with 3PL for transport booking and custom documents.
- Monitor order delivery from vendor site to client site, and update to client on timely basis.
- Prepare shipping documents - Good receive, Delivery order, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Proforma Invoice, etc.
- Min. 2 years of relevant working experience in Customer Service/Sales Support function, trading/manufacturing industry or relevant.
- Min. Diploma education level in any disciplines or above.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Required languages: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
