NSR Sun Marine Sdn Bhd is a local incorporated company in trading with Ultra High/High Pressure (UHP/HP) water jet pump/machine. NSR attains UHP/HP technology transfer and support from PTC Italy and Euro partners. Our Italian product since 1968, later the company diversified its activity including High Pressures Water Jetting technology, particularly related to the maintenance of petroleum processing plants, refineries, dry docks, etc.
NSR hydrodynamic units cover a complete power range from 15 to 550kW in continuous duty utilizing high grade triplex pump with maximum working pressures up to 3000 bar (45000 psi ). Our activity and applications as below :
- Sale and Rental of Ultra High/High Pressure Water Jet Machine/Pump.
- Cleaning of ship hulls.
- Cleaning of superstructures and on-board equipment
- Cleaning of ballast tank
- Cleaning of tanks, vessels and internal pipe systems
- Surface preparation prior to coating application
- Removal of deteriorated protective coating system
- Spot repair on partially deteriorated coating systems
- Selective paint stripping
