d) It gives hardness, gloss finish & Anti-Stain for easy Maintenance.
e) Fast drying time, 16hours open to foot traffic
f) UV Stable (QUV Test Report 2500hrs = 25 years)
g) No Moisture Barrier needed as it is breathable
h) One component
