(i) Process Description:
◾This machine is designed to bend window type condenser to 90 degree or C sharp with two bending die sets.
◾This machine run on multi model window type condenser.
◾The Operator load the condenser on the table.
◾When the start button is on, two bending die sets will move down to clamp the condenser and the pneumatic cylinder will bend the condenser.
(ii) Equipment Fixture:
◾Pneumatic system with difference speed.
◾Safety area sensor and safety cover system.
◾Audible alarm for error.
◾Electrical control system by PLC.
