Review Damaged items

I had purchased items from both shops (No 62 and No 18) of Johns Gallery. The purchase at No 62 was not packed well by their employee and broken when reached home. The purchase from No 18 (teak furniture shop) was damaged when their employee tried to removed price tag and not sure what was used to remove the glue from pice tag but there is big patch now at that location. I’m very unhappy, will not go there again. Gave 2 Star because they have some nice items.
