Review Rude elderly female staff

I was rudely chided by an elderly female staff on Sunday 4/8/19,around 12pm, for using water from 2 of the provided container near the pump, to wash off lizard droppings on my car roof and bonnet.her intonication was downright RUDE,and disrespectful towards me.she rudely told me, the water is not for washing cars and other customers also wants to use it. The actual reason is she is lazy to refill the containers, which is part of her job. She kept grumbling to other customers at the next pump about me,and I was embarrassingly peered at my window by the other customer. I was in a rush to work, so I controlled my temper, or else I would have slapped her for her disgusting attitude of approach.the company needs to remind her about the right approach of customer service and reprimand her for actions. If I wasn't in a rush, I would usually have my car washed at this petrol kiosk by the friendly Bangladeshis who are more polite than this 'pontianak lady'!!
