Why I call Public Bank (Taman Maluri) Bhd Malaysia no body pickup the phone.
Not enough manpower huh..

I want stop cheque,but I make a call need wait 10min and then no any ppl answer my call.damn

Public bank is not efficiency at all, especially their hire purchase department at taman maluri, they always give wrong fax number to their car vendor where this fax line actually belonging to our company. We have been complaint so many times and they keep making the same mistakes.

The worst ever bank in Malaysia that i had ever deal with. I was dealing wt the car hire purchase n every single dealing with them was blood vomiting where the phone always engage, or else nobody pick up d phone, if pick up, they will put u waiting until d phone ended. It sometimes just wasted my 1 whole wonderful day just to call them. No use if u leave message coz they will never call back. Besides this, the whole dealing process with them is really very frustated where i never encounter any problem wt other branches or bank wt my other loan.. avoid this branch if possible.. really a shame for public bank for having service team like this.

Staffs in Maluri branch are very not helpful and inefficient! Most of the telephone lines engaged. Staff not attending to customers' request promptly. Spoil reputation of Public Bank staff!

the customer service is not professional in any way, they do not assist and speak very bluntly. a simple question as in checking my account number, i was kept on hold repeatedly by staff from customer service and taman maluri branch. very inefficient and rude...please do something and make it people friendly

Totally agree that customer service fail! A simple fax request is near to impossible!

The staf are not friendly and have poor communication skill to liase with customer

the staff at hire purchase dept do not know how to talk to customer. they put the customer on hold for 20 minutes until the phone stop ringging itself. it is frustrated. the staff are not helpful at all.
