Responsibilities:

• Understand and address customer needs promptly.
• Cultivate and maintain customer relationships.
• Identify and pursue new leads.
• Lead account planning and expand customer base.
• Develop communication programs for sales and marketing teams.
• Implement processes to optimize account management.
• Develop sales action plans and manage territories effectively.
• Monitor competitor intelligence and identify new business opportunities.
• Stay informed about related industries and troubleshoot product issues.
• Negotiate mutually acceptable solutions with stakeholders.
• Drive consumer preference through promotions and collaborate for forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or related fields is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in business development and/or sales, with a robust network and connections within the automotive industry.
• Outstanding project management abilities, encompassing organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience in roles such as business development manager, sales manager, or similar positions.
• Documented success in sales.
• Deep understanding of business and sales expansion strategies.
• Previous experience in customer support is advantageous.
• Advanced proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese.
• Strong grasp of commercial and market dynamics.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willing to travel frequently.
