Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Able to handle projects and work with the project manager to create a project plan and outline the resources needed to complete each phase of the project.
• Asist project supervisors to understand each component contribution to the project till completion. 
• Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
• Coordinate all labour needs for a given project.
• Create and delivering project instructions to all team members.  Prepare project BOM, costing & quote.
• Take note the workscope progress and do report for the project / site workscope. 
• Conduct quality control for work performed by independent contractors. 
• Receive complaints and resolve problems. 
• Able to use AutoCAD ( preferable ), Microsoft Office (excel, word, PowerPoint etc.) 
• Possess Bachelor Degree Qualification in Engineering.
