Job vacancy Assistant Manager

• Oversee Sharepoint app and form development.
• Act as final technical checkpoint for Sharepoint team's development outcomes.
• Develop tailored apps and forms aligned with company digitalization goals.
• Communicate effectively with users to understand requirements, plan app/form processes, and present clear drafts.
• Serve as the technical go-to person for the Sharepoint team and guide them to excel in their tasks.
• Explore and apply new technologies, subject to approval, to enhance development processes.
• Keep direct superior updated on team well-being and project/task statuses.
• Ensure timely completion of team projects/tasks.
• Identify gaps and provide solutions for digitalizing manual processes/forms with minimal risks.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in SharePoint 2013/2016/Cloud administration, Nintex technology, and PowerApps.
• Proficient in Web Programming, HTML, and Javascript.
• Demonstrated success in form digitalization, executing efficient workflows for maximum efficiency.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with at least 5-6 years of experience working across various departments.
