Accounts Payable Manager
* Ensure successful setup of service teams to deliver services to the region.
* Ensure delivery performance aligns with service frameworks and customer satisfaction metrics
* Monitor compliance and process performance, collaborating with Risk, Compliance, internal control, and internal and external audit teams.
* Drive global process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across the region.
* Report performance and escalate local/global issues to the local lead
* Identify and gain approval for enhancements and process improvements for implementation within the company.
* Serve as the SME for the region regarding service level and activities.
* To ensure service delivery and optimal team composition.
* Bachelor's degree holder or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business
* Minimum of 7-10 years working experience in Finance SSC or BPO industry, with team management/ leadership experience.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and end-to-end P2P process.
* Seeking Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
* Experience with SAP.
